Girl's Volleyball

Three team levels. A full academic year of development, not a three-month season. And a tournament calendar built around one thing — getting seen by NCAA, NJCAA and NAIA coaches.

Months of development

The program

TWELVE MONTHS A YEAR, NOT ONE SEASON

Most high school volleyball players train hard for three months and then wait. Our athletes practise daily across the full academic year, with strength and conditioning, skills work, film and scout reports built into every week.

That is the difference between a player who peaks in October and a player who is still improving when college coaches are watching in March.

Athletes carry a full college-preparatory course load, including dual enrollment, alongside the training calendar. Nobody here chooses between the classroom and the court.

Three team levels

What we expect

THE STANDARD IS THE PROGRAM

We are direct with families about what an athlete signs up for here, because the athletes who thrive are the ones who wanted this standard before they arrived.

Work as a team, and respect coaches and teammates at all times.

Be coachable. Take criticism as information, not insult.

Show up upbeat. Attitude is a skill and it is trainable.

Compete for your place. Team level is earned every season.

The training week

FOUR DISCIPLINES, EVERY DAY

Team practice. Daily volleyball practices across the full academic year, run by the staff that coaches the tournaments.

Skill development. Position-specific individual work — setting, passing, attacking, serve receive — outside team sessions.

Strength and conditioning. High-performance daily workouts with physical development staff, built around jump mechanics, shoulder health and injury prevention.

Film and scouting. Team scout reports before competition, and film review after it.

Travel, hotels and tournament lodging for the out-of-state calendar are included in the boarding program — not billed back to families mid-season.

Campus and housing

WHERE THEY TRAIN. WHERE THEY LIVE.

A regulation indoor court, a full fitness center, classrooms and a computer lab on one Orlando campus — plus supervised residential homes minutes away, with scheduled transport between them.

A HOME, NOT A DORM

Boarding athletes live in supervised residential homes in East Orlando — full kitchens, living space, outdoor space — rather than in institutional dormitories. For a fifteen-year-old moving across the country or across a border, that difference matters.

Vans run scheduled routes between housing and campus for classes, practice and tournament departures. Meals are chef-catered, three per day, Monday through Friday.

Academics

THE HALF OF THIS THAT DECIDES THEIR LIFE

Every volleyball athlete here is enrolled in our full-time college-preparatory high school. Not a partner school. Not an online correspondence program bolted onto a training academy.

The curriculum carries dual enrollment for college credit before graduation, and applied electives in sports management, financial education and social media management — built for athletes who will negotiate, brand and budget for themselves.

NCAA eligibility is tracked from grade nine, and our athletes graduate with the core-course record college coaches need to see.
