Our Philosophy

Our years of experience in the development of athletic programs have proven success. We were able to obtain achievements of national and state championships in the sports of Men’s Basketball, Girls’ Basketball, Baseball, Girls’ Volleyball and Boys’ Soccer. During this period, we have positioned more than 60 athletes in prestigious universities around the United States. Our group principal, Mr. Raymond Dalmau III, and Mr. Carlos Morales Jr. have over 30 years of experience in the sport development market.

Purpose & Core Values

Attitude

The way a person feels and tackles certain life situations; greatly affecting human behavior and a necessary component in the selfs action plan to achievement. One’s attitude is always based on personal choices ultimately determining one’s successes or failures in their lifetime.

Action

The stages of completing and achieving one’s goals. And often overlooked as individuals skip this call to action and focus on achievement. The call to action is the necessary steps to access one’s achievements.

Achievement

The act of successfully reaching a desired goal or outcome; often through a positive attitude and a followed course of action. Ultimately, leading to self positive reinforcements and future successes.

– Athletic Director Achievements – 2 Nationals and 6 State Champs in Multiple Sports.
– 2 State Champs as a Basketball Coach
– Has extensive experience in recruiting and allocating student-athletes in Universities and at Professional levels on multiple sports.

Carlos Morales Jr.

Co-Founder

Career Highlights

– Graduated as a Valedictorian from Boone High School in Orlando, Florida.
– Bachelor in Marketing, minor in Sports Business from the University of Central Florida.
– Masters in Business Administration and Masters Sports Business Management from the University of Central Florida
– Has been coaching basketball for 17 years with State, National and International Final Fours and Championships.
– Coached Professionally in Puerto Rico and Panamá.
– Founder of International Basketball Training, one of the top player development companies in all of Latin America.
– Has helped develop 5 players from unranked to top 100 in the US
– Has worked with NCAA, FIBA and NBA athletes in their player development.
– Has shared his basketball knowledge in camps and tournaments in over 15 countries around the world.

Raymond Dalmau

Career Highlights

-50+ years of experience as a successful player and professional basketball coach.
-Four times Olympian, 3 as a player, one as a coach.
-Holds 18 medals: 6 Gold, 10 Silver, 2 Bronze.
-Scout of the former NBA team the Charlotte Bobcats. Now the Charlotte Hornets.
-Held coaching positions in various professional basketball leagues in Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Paraguay, Honduras.

Carlos Morales

Career Highlights

• 50+ years of experience as a highly successful basketball coach.
• Held coaching positions in various professional basketball leagues in Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic for a period of two decades.
• Achieved outstanding success with three championships and two runner-up titles in professional basketball leagues.
• Served as a coach and advisor for the men and women’s Puerto Rico national teams for 18 years, including a seven-year stint as the Head Coach of the men’s team.
• Garnered a total of 17 medals in International Basketball, including eight Gold, nine Silver, and one Bronze.
• Led teams as a coach in two Olympic tournaments and eight World Cups, comprising four adult men’s, two U19 men’s, one U22 men’s, and one adult women’s competitions.
• Recognized as the winningest coach in the history of the Puerto Rico men’s National Team.
• 23+ years of experience as a basketball analyst for reputable organizations such as ESPN, NBA League Pass, NBA Latin America, and FIBA.

Chris Chaney

– Coached 20 players that have either played or got drafted to the NBA and another 70 plus international Pros.
– In the 2006 NBA Draft he coached 3 out of the top 31 picks in the draft
– Coached over 180 Division 1 players.
– Won several National Coach of the year awards and National Championships
– 8 different teams ranked #1 in the country.
– Won Gold medals with US teams in Italy, France and Iceland.

We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God. It is the standard of faith and conduct of the believer. It is the final authority for determining all true doctrine.

Salvation:
We believe that salvation comes from God and by God. Salvation is a gift from God. All humanity has sinned and cannot achieve salvation, nor communion with God, through merits or own works.
