Curriculum

The high school curriculum is designed to help our students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle intellectually complex problems throughout their lifetime. All courses are taught at the college-preparatory level and beyond. College-level classes and credits toward your bachelor’s degree are available in every core discipline. A curriculum guide is available which outlines all courses offered for the year.

At our Central Florida premier sports academy and elite educational institution, we offer a cutting-edge educational curriculum that combines academic excellence with a focus on STEM-certified professors. Our curriculum is designed to cultivate a passion for high-level academics, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills among our students and student-athletes.

Through our integrated STEM approach, we provide students with opportunities to explore and excel in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Our curriculum embraces hands-on learning experiences, collaborative projects, and real-world applications to enhance students’ understanding and mastery of these disciplines.

Our curriculum incorporates innovative teaching methods, state-of-the-art resources, and cutting-edge technologies to engage students in meaningful and relevant learning experiences. Students have access to specialized equipment that facilitates their exploration and experimentation in various fields.

We believe that STEM education goes hand in hand with athletic development. By integrating STEM principles into our sports programs, we enable student-athletes to develop a holistic skill set that includes not only physical prowess but also analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and technological literacy.

Our experienced faculty, along with our group principals, Mr. Raymond Dalmau III and Mr. Carlos Morales Jr., who possess extensive experience in sports development, ensure that our curriculum is rigorous, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards. They provide guidance and mentorship to our students, fostering a learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and innovation.

Additionally, our school’s location in the tourism capital of the world provides unique opportunities for students to engage with professionals and organizations in STEM-related industries. We offer partnership opportunities that allow our students to gain hands-on experience, collaborate on projects, and broaden their understanding in the real world.

Mission

Our learning environment is specifically designed to recognize and meet the academic needs of our individual students. We provide our students with tools and skills that help identify their unique talents and abilities; enabling them to contribute meaningfully to their spiritual, personal, and professional environments. We offer a wide range of academic courses including: Social Media Management, Sports Management, Microsoft Office, Financial Education, and all courses required by the state of Florida. Our highly trained staff is equipped to tackle the challenges of the classroom as many of our teachers hold higher level degrees. Our mission is to provide value and knowledge to the academic and professional future of the new era of students.

About Dr. Pérez

Joan Manuel Pérez, PhD, a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Information Systems, Quality Assurance, Business/Data Analytics, and Education. Over his 20-year career, He have developed expertise in diverse areas including Sovereign Clouds, SWE/SRE Model, DevOps, Agile Development, Secure Environments, Public Key Infrastructures, Software/Service Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business/Data Analytics, and Predictive Analytics.

With a PhD in Management Information Systems, an MS in Management Information Systems, and a BS in Computer Science, he bring a strong academic foundation. Additionally, Joan have completed a Data Science Specialization from an Advanced Academic Program, further enhancing his skills in the field.

Joan’s doctoral research focused on exploring the intricate relationship between user expectations, privacy concerns, and perceived service quality when handling exposed data. This research demonstrates his commitment to understanding and addressing the complex challenges within our constantly evolving digital landscape.

This program provides a comprehensive curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical experience, allowing students to explore the fundamentals of programming logic and its applications in real-world scenarios.

By participating in the Advanced Program in Programming Logic, Information Systems, and Data Management, high school students will gain a solid foundation in the field of technology. They will develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of programming logic, information systems, and data management principles. This program serves as a stepping stone for students interested in pursuing further studies or careers in computer science, data analysis, software development, or related fields.
